Family dynamics, navigating life transitions and changes, social interactions, physical problems, and loss may have you feeling stuck, unheard, de-valued and dismissed. Generational, cultural and institutional ways of doing things aren’t working for you anymore. When we have unresolved trauma or accumulated stress, we tend to become dysregulated; feel overwhelmed, unlovable, and disengaged, lose touch with our purpose, and have strong emotions like fear, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, irritability. We also may have physical pain or chronic health issues.
